Prices.
January and February = £400 per week
March to June = £550 per week
July and August = £650 per week (peak)
September to December = £550 per week
All prices are in pounds sterling for a full week i.e. from 4pm Saturday to the following Saturday at 10am, for rental of the house and its contents on a self catering basis.
Part occupancy discounts are available on request, off peak only, subject to availability.
Requests for part weeks (i.e. long weekends or mid-week) are subject to availability and are not normally possible during peak months, or if the dates include school or bank holidays. We will try to accommodate these requests where we can.

A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking.
Please not that smoking is not allowed in the property and we are unable to allow pets. Guide dogs are welcome but the house is not suitable for wheelchair users. All damages must be paid for or the items replaced. No responsibility is taken by the owners for the safety of persons or property. Items are not to be removed from the house. A cleaning service is available at extra cost. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

How to get there.The nearest ferry port is Saint Malo, about a 45 minutes drive to Sacey. Head out of Saint Malo on the N137 heading towards Rennes until you get to the E401 motorway and turn left. Go to the junction with the D997 road to Pontorson. Turn left onto the N176 then right onto the N175. Take the left fork in the road and go through Aucey-la-Plaine on the D169 and on to Sacey.
From Cherbourg (2 hours 20 minutes), head south on the E46 then E03 until you reach the junction with the E401. Turn Left and turn off at the junction with the N175 for Pontorson. Staying on the N175, turn right in the town heading for Boucey. Take the left fork in the road and go through Aucey-la-Plaine on the D169 and on to Sacey.
From Caen ferry port (1 hour 45 minutes), take the D515 heading towards Caen until you reach the junction with the E46. Turn right heading west until the junction with the N814. Turn left until you meet the E401 and follow the directions above from the N175.
From Le Harve (2 hours 30 minutes), head East on the E05 until the junction with the E44 and turn right. When you reach the E46, turn right and head towards Caen where you join the E401 and follow the directions above from the N175.
Sacey is just over a 5 hour drive non stop from Calais and the Channel Tunnel. Get on the E402 heading towards Rouen until the junction for the E44. Then follow the directions as above from the N175.
From Paris (4 hours), take the E05 heading towards Rouen, then join the E402 and E46 and then follow the directions above from the N175.
From the Rennes (1 hour), take the junction off the E03 for the D155 (from Fougeres 45 minutes) and turn left. Stay on there until the junction with the D175 and fork right. Finally, fork right on the D80 into Sacey.
There are lots of ferry services to the region such as Brittany Ferries, Condor Ferries and LD Lines or you can go via the Channel Tunnel. You can fly to the area from many local and regional airports to Caen, Rennes or Cherbourg. Car hire is also available at the airports. If you're travelling by train, the nearest TGV station is in Pontorson which links to Caen, Rennes and Paris.
